We only work with FMCSA-authorized motor carriers with current insurance and clean authority status. That protects the load board from double-brokering and scam operators — and keeps rates real for everyone.

  • Active MC (Motor Carrier) authority
  • Active USDOT number
  • $750k minimum auto liability ($1M for hazmat)
  • $10k minimum cargo insurance ($100k+ for high-value/hazmat)
  • Current W9 on file
  • Current DOT medical certificate (driver)
  • CDL Class A (Class B for select loads)
  • Clean CSA/SMS score (BASICs within threshold)preferred
